- 12 mushrooms (or as many as you want to cook)
- 1 green bell pepper
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 onion
- 1 handful of grated cheese
- 1 splash of olive oil
- 1 handful of salt
- 1 pinch of pepper
How to make Vegetarian Stuffed Mushrooms:
Step 1:
To start with the recipe for vegetarian stuffed mushrooms, you must first clean the vegetables and cut the onion, red pepper and green pepper into small pieces.
Next, in a frying pan, pour a good jet of oil and add the vegetables, let them poach.
Step 2:
Clean the mushrooms with a little water and dry them immediately with kitchen paper.
You can also clean with a damp cloth and remove the dirt. You must be careful that they do not acquire too much water. Next, remove the trunk or stems from the mushrooms and chop into small pieces.
Trick: with the help of a knife you can make the hole in the mushrooms bigger.
Step 3:
When the vegetables are almost poached, add the trunks of the mushrooms and let them all cook together until they are well poached. Add a little salt and pepper. And, if you like, you can also put a little oregano or any other herb or spice.
Step 4:

Place the dish in the central part of the oven at 200ºC and let them cook until golden brown, about 25 minutes. When they are gratin, remove them from the oven and serve immediately.
