This dish, typically from France, also known as Sautee Garlic Mushrooms is a very simple, quick and tasty plate to serve at any table.
Ingredients needed:
- 500 grams of mushrooms
- 5 cloves of garlic
- Salt
- Fresh parsley
- 1 splash of vinegar
- 100 ml of white wine

How to cook Garlic Mushrooms
1.- We start by peeling the garlic cloves and cutting them into slices, although we can also put the finely chopped garlic. Sauté them over very low heat for about 5 minutes. Let them take on color but don’t burn.
2.- Then add the cut mushrooms, season with salt and pepper and let them cook for about 10 minutes.
3.- Add the splash of white wine and raise the heat so that the alcohol evaporates completely.
4.- As a final touch we add a splash of wine vinegar if desired.
